Refund Policy

At Fantasy Graphic Studio, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Revision Period: We offer a specific number of revisions (as per the package) to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
• Refund Eligibility: * If no work has been started on a project, a full refund can be requested.
  • Once the design/visualization process has reached the “Draft” stage, a partial refund (minus service fees and labor hours) may be considered if we cannot meet the brief.
• Non-Refundable: Once the final high-resolution files are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Cancellation: Either party may cancel a project with written notice, subject to payment for work already completed.
